Returns & refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Contact hello@fbcl.com before sending anything back.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Once approved, refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected using the original payment method where possible.

We will replace items damaged in transit when reported promptly with photographs of the packaging and product.
